What is RSS?

RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". It is an easy way to keep yourself updated automatically on the latest news on a website. The RSS formats provide headlines of web content together with links to the full versions of the content. This information is delivered as an XML file called RSS feed, webfeed, RSS stream, or RSS channel.

How do I use RSS?

A program known as a feed reader or aggregator can check RSS-enabled webpages on behalf of a user and display any updated articles that it finds. There are many readers available online and they can be easily obtained by searching for "RSS readers" on the internet.

RSS Readers
To use RSS feeds, a news reader is required to download and display the RSS content. To download the RSS Reader, click here.
